All their client facing personnel such as Malik in Customer Service, Gabriel in Technical Support and Peter who makes house calls are competent, courteous, well mannered, and experts in their respective fields. All of them ensure that the client is 100% satisfied once you contact them.

Once you are set up with the equipment everything else such as monitoring, Bank fees etc. are handled so smoothly by the team like clock work. I must admit I only had to contact them handful of times during last 15 or so years, as I had no reason, which cannot be said of other service providers.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Safe-Tech to anybody who's is in the market for an Alarm Co. as they provide one of the best service for a reasonable fee.
