Had to explain personal things in order to be allowed to smoke outside at 4:15. The night watchman was rude to know room no, which is why we smoked at 4.15 at night. We as paying guests had to pay 39 kr for a cup of coffee. Only coffee for breakfast that was included. At 8 in the morning our door was torn open, she saw us, but still closed the door completely, looked at us, and all she said was the door closed. We were few guests there. Felt unwelcome. When we checked out, the front desk said, now you are finally moving on, no thanks for the visit, welcome again. No we never go back. , lives in southern Norway using hotel 1 to 2 times a month in Sandnes. Thought this was going to be an experience. Another thing, the bath floor was dirty, with several pubic hairs to various things on the tiles. We will go Thon next time.
