If I could give zero stars I would. This company has a horrible business model. I won t be using them again. Even though I made a reservation and they picked me up from my flight they had to circle the airport twice. After landing from a 5 hour early morning flight the last thing I want to do is circle LAX loop for 15 minutes.

What s the point of make a reservation. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. No wonder this company is rated so poorly here. DO NOT USE THEM. I REPEAT DO NOT USE THEM. I called (Dana you should not be in customer service) them to complain since my company throws them a lot of business, but they didn t care. I ll never use them again. And I ll be complaining to my HR department about them.

Oh and after all that circling we picked up, guess how many people. Yeah, that d be a BIG FAT ZERO. All the driver did was get harassed by people looking for other shuttles.

They were supposed to pick up every half hour. They picked me up at 10 am. Then they made him circle again. Then they made him do the 10:30 loop circle. Forty-five minutes of circling LAX. Absolutely, ridiculous.
