Actually, that one star is far too much. customer service employee Gerlinda is very poor to listen to. Nor has she been able to summarize the problem to be remedied. She makes promises and will return to them later because her supervisor is not allowed to. She also gives reasons why they cannot come and if I want to know specifically what that reason is, it turns out that she just shouts something. After all, the reason was something completely different when asked. The employee was very unprofessional, rude, unable to think along in solutions and has a great lack of empathy. As it turns out, not everyone who answers a phone is able to provide the service that customer service should stand for. I had a call back and forth all morning and when I finally got an employee on the line from another company, it was arranged within 2 minutes that the boiler could be made. It doesn't have to be that difficult. Gerlinda I hope for your parents and loved ones that they never have to deal with customer service in their old age as you do.
