I have used Rock before and was some what pleased. BUT the current order was placed on a Thursday before noon and as it stands now I'm not going to get part until next Tuesday! I paid $15.99 for 2 day delivery, O yes my total was only 47.96.....O yes it is extremely hard to find a phone # to make a inquire about anything!

I'm steaming and finished with Rock!
