The customer service rep was extremely rude. I made a call to my building management today at 1:49pm, I explained to her that I keep getting late notices and recently recieved a late payment charge yet I handed them post dated cheques. Meaning that they have the cheques and are the ones cashing them in late. I informed the rep that I had sent 2 emails and left 1 voicemail already within the past year, yet there was no correspondence. The rep consistently tried to rush me and even transferred me as I was talking to a voicemail whom the person was off until September 13th. I even asked the rep if I could talk to a manager or a supervisor and she refused to honor that, keep in mind we are paying our condo fees on time, yet getting below than average customer service. After 20 minutes on the phone and calling in again I managed to get a hold of mariyuka, she helped me through it and even got a manager to make the necessary changes on my account.

I will definitely be informing my condo board about this, as it is an unacceptable behavior from the customer service rep.
