I had been struggling with Pots for at least 2 years before I took the chance to go to This program in Dallas. For me, it was the best decision I could make. Yes, it was 6,000 dollars but when I think about the tens of thousands of dollars I have spent trying to get help for this and would still be spending, it was worth it. I attended the two week program in November 2017.
When I arrived at the clinic I was at the point with Pots that I feared eating food because whenever I did eat I got so short of breath it terrified me. I feared going to sleep at night because my heart rate would get very slow and I feared I would die in my sleep. I was on inhalers because different docters said I had asthma and I HAD to have Ativan with me AT ALL TIMES for panic attacks. IF I sat down I would feel like fainting. It Is December 28th 2017 as I write this. I have not used an inhaler since I left the treatment center( I do not have asthma, the shortness of breath was from lack of circulation from my Pots). Not having the three inhalers has already saved me 500.00. I have not needed my Ativan, I can sleep at night without fear and I can eat food too without shortness of breath. The Biogest supplement helped digestion and shortness of breath when I eat and Salt supplements helped keep my blood pressure and from getting too low and heart rate. I have even been able to stop heart palpitations with breathing techniques. This maintenance requires a lot of water and what seems like a truck load of supplements but I am so thankful I went. I even got the chance to witness the breathing techniques taught at the clinic STOP SEIZURES another young lady was suffering from. I ended up bonding with one of the young ladies that Attended the clinic at the same time I did and we hung out and explored Dallas while there. She began having TREMORS and SEIZURES several times while we were together. Each time they began, I coached her through the BREATHING techniques and THEY STOPPED!!!!. I share this with Prayer that it reaches the one soul who needs that HOPE just as I did. IT WORKED FOR ME!
