Very rude customer service over the phone especial...

Very rude customer service over the phone especially when talking with the lady there....not so much the guy. They did have great prices on meats for dog food but hiked them up out of no where :(. I referred a lot of people to you because of the good prices despite the rude lady answering the phones but after this last call I will no longer be shopping there or referring people.
