I had an electrical outlet that was dead. The service technician was friendly and knowledgeable and helped fix the problem quickly. Since it was just a reset problem, he didn t even apply a trip charge, which I was prepared to pay. I asked him about the cost of replacing all of my smoke detectors and he gave me a reasonable estimate. He was helpful, professional and not pushy! I will definitely use this company again!
