Started off with the front staff forgetting to seat my party, but I tried to not let that ruin my experience because it's a busy establishment and mistakes happen. Outside of that, their food & drinks are good, but pricy (you get what you pay for). The waitstaff was solid and made up for the start of the experience providing very competent service. It's open configuration makes the place naturally loud. Add in their music and you'll find yourself competing with a dull roar that you have to yell over to talk with your table. If you really like the food it can outweigh the negatives.
