This evening I went with my family for a quiet din...

This evening I went with my family for a quiet dinner but thanks to the bad service it was a nightmare .....
Arrived we settle inside the room where a DJ was rehearsing for the evening, an absurd noise, we asked the waitress if it had been like this all evening and annoyed she replied: "Absolutely, there is who likes it and who not ". At that point we moved into the outdoor room where we could at least talk to each other.
The waiter arrives to take the orders at 7.30pm, they start bringing the dishes but at 8.15pm still my plate (one course, one barbecue) did not show up (everyone had already finished the complete dinner and I was the only one missing) we asked 4 different waiters where the dish was and in turn told us that in a few seconds it would arrive.
At 8.30pm the waiter who had taken the lead came up with the usual arrogance saying that when the order was placed the PDA had not taken the key and consequently the dish was late, I ask to cancel the order since everyone had finished and I was bothered by this situation and he replies that it was impossible because the pact was underway.
At 8.40 pm the dish finally arrives (very bad and of poor quality).
We offer to apologize for the coffee and the digestive we have not all taken, we go to pay and instead of the price displayed on the receipt at the beginning of the dinner the bill was higher, we ask for explanations and there are apologies for air kind "covered not present on the receipt initial, drinks not present "
; annoyed a waitress tells us that someone had ordered another dish later but a single order was made.
The initial waiter arrives annoyed and tells us "I told you that the barbecue had not been taken, I also offered you the bitters and the coffees" we counter that it is his mistake and we were not told that he was not in the bill initially, he still more annoyed and in a totally rude manner he tells us "well I offer it to you then" he turns to his colleague and says: "after I give you the money close them I'm a receipt." Now turn to us: "... I offered you this too even though I told you that
I offered bitters and coffee ". After all this, my partner replied exhausted from this situation," it's not our fault if you can't do your job ".
The waiter runs after us out of the room and in front of everyone with his lack of professionalism he counters with a teenager-mode, making a big slide as it is about work. Careless that the customers in front of whom he made this scene were the same ones who had dined next to our table, aware of all the dynamics. They, too, get upset.
Last time I set foot in this place, in addition to a barely mediocre dinner, besides this waiter (who out of respect I don't mention) I would say staff to be reviewed, all grumpy, annoyed by customers who pay for a service that is not offered and without a miserable smile, annoyed by their work
