They shopped my credit to several different lender...

They shopped my credit to several different lenders and came back with 14 interest, my credit union came back at 5 percent interest! They told me it would be a soft pull on my credit score and it wasn't. The salesman kept pushing a vehicle on me that I didn't want. The vehicle I did want the salesman wouldn't work with me on the price!!!!!
