This company honestly doesn t even deserve one star. When we moved into the property nothing was cleaned and it looked like they hadn t come in at all to do any work on the property. Outlets were hanging out of the walls, tile that had broken was covered up with cheap tape, the list goes on. There was little to no parking on the site as well, not enough for everyone living there to park. We were told to get friendly with our neighbors for extra parking spots....On top of everything they also didn t pro-rate the first month for us, despite the fact that they needed the first two weeks of the month to do repairs . Would have been fine with repairing everything ourselves if we would have gotten the first two weeks of the month to do them. Northcutt will charge you ridiculous amounts with no explanation, make sure to read the fine print on the lease & get ready for the staff to have no idea what s going on ever. You have to stay on top of them to make sure all paperwork is done correctly and promptly or you will most definitely have something go wrong.
