very disappointed. had to get away with my daughte...

very disappointed. had to get away with my daughter for a relaxing day/night. nothing was relaxing bout our stay. all restaurant on site are closed. pool was closed (gave hope that might open next day and it didnt of course). no tub in the room, asked to be moved to another room as pool closed at leas my daughter can swim in the tub. was old nothing available and hotel is half empty so very hard to believe. rooms with paper thin walls and windows. by the road, didn get any sleep listening to neighbors and cars. parking on the other side of condos outside and tiny spaces. horrible. no clear signs where the entrance is to check in. why 2 stars i guess i gave extra one as location is pretty good. but will never go back and tell my friends and clients (i am travel agent) not to stay there. place went down the hill. or did i mentioned resort fee? would like to know what its for as this place is more like a motel at this time.
