In the middle of 2019 I started with the HBO assistant controller course. When the first module was completed, the second module was postponed due to too few registrations. The second module would be annual accounts according to the brochure and which I registered for, but later it turned out that you have adjusted this to Business Administration and financial statements. This is not what I signed up for. There was nothing to do but stop the training.

From December I am already working on getting part of my study costs back. You change the modules halfway through my education and then I have been waiting for my money for almost half a year.

This is outrageous, this is a small administrative process and I therefore do not understand why this should take so long.
