Very good reliable service. Unlike other Apps, they don't raise their prices at peak times. Just beware that when going to Newark Airport, you are responsible for tolls in both directions. On my most recent trip to Newark Airport, the driver found alternate routes to avoid Manhattan tunnel traffic backup. And he was a wonderful conversationalist. (Note: Carmel may offer a small rebate to me for posting this, but the opinions are honestly my own.)
