I recently had the opportunity to stay at Pch hotels & resorts and it was an average experience overall. The service was satisfactory and the staff was friendly. However, I felt that the rooms could use some updating and the amenities were lacking. The location of the hotel was convenient and there were some good dining options nearby. Overall, it was an okay stay.
