Rooms are small, but I didn't mind since I was only there to sleep and occasionally eat. Employees are very friendly and willing to help. Amazing location! Only three complaints: the bar of hand soap was thrown out after the first day (it was still good, what a waste), the tables/sink didn't seem completely wiped down, and no fridge to store leftovers (fridge had snacks for an extra charge, but it is NYC lol). I would stay here again!
