Sullivan Custom Planning did an okay job with my event. While the team was professional and efficient, I felt like some aspects of the planning could have been better. There were a few miscommunications and minor issues that occurred during the event, which could have been avoided with better attention to detail. Overall, I was satisfied with their services, but I believe there is room for improvement.
