I recently worked with this branding company for my business logo and branding materials. The process was smooth, and the team was responsive to my feedback. However, the designs were a bit generic and lacked originality. I was hoping for more creative and unique concepts. While the customer service was good, the final result left me feeling like I could've received something more distinctive for my brand. The website is user-friendly, but I believe there's room for improvement in the level of creativity and innovation in their designs.
