We purchased a refrigerator that was labeled Kenmore Elite which was actually a LG. Within 17 months the condenser and compressor went out. We paid about $2,800.00, it should have lasted longer. I have trying to get the refrigerator repaired for a month, working through Sears. Having to deal with their call center, which is out of the United States is horrible. They will tell you anything, I m not sure if the people at the center doesn t understand their job roles or don t care. Still waiting for the problem to be resolved!
