The lack of accessibility for Deaf visitor was pretty surprising. The first stop on the tour was a presentation about the history of Coca-Cola. With no interpreters was unable to figure what was going on. They do give a iPod for the vault section but that part didn't even need captions. Even worse is the captions didn't line up with the exhibits I was at. The staff themselves were all amazing and did their best to help accommodate. But the policy of no interpreters made the whole experience very off putting.
