great place to work. Great benefits and pay especially if you take the time to work here longer than 6 months. Come in on time and never be late. This place isn't for lazy people. second shift is the best. We have a smaller crew but work great together and are very productive. Family oriented most of the time. If you are good at fabricating and welding then this is the place for you. But if you need more structure, such as more set up before welding and less fabricating, then it's not. This place does alot of custom work.
