Thomas and the rest of the staff at Product Development Inc. have been great to work with. We purchased our first MDX-540 in March of 2019, and with the help of Thomas, we had it running and cutting parts the day after it arrived. Thomas came on-site and provided training that covered every aspect of the machine. He sat with our team and learned what we needed to accomplish, and provided clear direction on ways to accomplish our tasks of cutting custom tooling out of aluminum. While other companies told us what we wanted to do couldn t be done, Thomas patiently worked with us to find a path to success. Although we purchased the mill for a specific process, we learned so many other ways to utilize the machine during training, that within 3 months we came back and bought a second MDX-540. With such great service, we highly recommend Thomas and PDI to anyone looking to advance their capabilities in rapid prototyping.
