First negative review from a multiple year online buyer! Order was paid for, $$$ withdrawn from account, not delivered as promised, account was refunded. No response for several emails requesting update and simple explanation on why my order was cancelled. Very disappointed as my order was a gift for a great individual who recently returned from the hospital. So disappointed in your customer service! I m sure another company will appreciate our business!!!

** Thank you for the response however let the truth be told, I did receive a email after my inquiry about why my order was canceled, however that email was to let me know I can reorder but no response on why my order was canceled. I never received any phone calls from your company and I will be more than happy to provide a phone record from my cellular provider also I never spoke to any of your company's representative! That statement is a flat out lie. I would have been more than happy to work this issue out over the phone as I stated this order was a gift. I tried sending several emails and if you would like I can post or resend my emails to any representative for review as proof.
