Love the employees, but it's like being put in pho...

Love the employees, but it's like being put in phone purgatory when you are trying to get basic help, like activating my debit card. I've now tried twice and AM GETTING NOWHERE. This would be the very reason I would switch. This is ridiculous. Someone needs to change this. I've done this vicious circle more than once and it's awful.
