Service Specialties Inc. was the perfect choice to install our new Trane HVAC system. The experience from start to finish was extremely professional, competent, thorough and beautifully crafted. Chris, the SSI representative who made the initial contact spent a great amout of time in our home explaining in detail what to expect the project to entail. And Brendan and Reid, the HVAC system installers were consumate professionals, working diligently and tirelessly for a very long day to assure that everything was properly installed and carefully checked for operation of the system. The installers were very personable and took the time to explain the operation and normal monitoring responsibilites of the owner, and they provided a thorough demonstration of the capabilities of the new thermostat, explaining how adjustments are made. I would highly recommend Service Specialties Inc. to anyone considering the installation of a new residential HVAC system.
We also had antiquated shutoff valves for the humidifier and for the refrigerator ice maker water supply lines replaced. The plumbing technician's work was beautifully crafted, and he completed his work very efficiently.
