We leased a property through The Hopkins Group last year and our experience was absolutely terrible. During our lease we got a new agent Celeste and she was absolutely appalling. Completely unprofessional to say the least! Prior to leaving the property we had to ask Celeste for an inspection in which she clearly said there was no issues with the property. Following us vacating the property, Celeste then decided to tell us about the problems she had. We had no issues fixing these yet we still had further complications, we even offered to surrender the bond and she declined the offer, however unfortunately for her and her clients this was a mistake as it went to VCAT where she could only take part of the bond and not the full amount. She was very unprofessional and her conduct was disgusting in our opinion. Hopefully for the future she can get the extra confidence she needs to talk up to clients when there is an issue and the extra professional training to be a successful agent.
