I had a very bad experience at the biodome. The guy who served me and my boyfriend was extremely rude. His name was MDesrosier. The whole conversation was in French but I'll translate it in English.
My boyfriend had asked him for two tickets for the biodome. We both had our license in our hand as proof that we are a resident of Quebec because they usually ask for proof so we decided to keep it in our hands just in case. So he asked if we are a residence in Quebec and my boyfriend said yes. Mr. MDesrosier looks at me and says "what's that in your hand." I said "it's just proof of residency." He responded "why do you need that? Do you even speak French?" I responded "yes". He said "I'm not the police over here that I need to see your ID."
Like I said, this conversation happened all in French and Mr. MDesrosier acted very aggressive throughout the whole conversation and seems to have a problem with English speaking people and doesn't treat them with respect. My question is how can such a popular tourist landmark have someone so rude serving people and tourists? Because of him, I will no longer be supporting the Biodome and will be sharing my experience with as many people as I can until I see a change at the Biodome.
