I'm not sure what the connection is between Audi Volkswagen Middle East Fze and Al Nabooda Automobiles but the lady answering the phone at 04 293 6700 was very rude to my colleague so I called and she was even more rude to me. Hung up the phone and refused to answer it again.

It's not up to a receptionist to decide whether the company wants the business calls or not and it's certainly doesn't help the company to have someone who clearly hates her job on the phone having such a disgusting attitude.

I will keep calling until I can get through and report her but feel free to have someone contact me for further explanation.
