I joined Crossfit AMRAP about 18 months and was definitely one of the best decisions I've made! The community of athletes are awesome and the coaches are fantastic. They constantly push you toward excellence in technique and help you improve your weaknesses and push your strengths. I can't recommend this place highly enough!
