recall from bmw to repace both airbags.letter from bmw promised a loaner. tried to book service with a call but on hold forever and no answer. booked on line with note that loaner was promised. no loaner available .brad insisted that the web site says only loaners arranged by call. rechecked site and there is no such message on the web site. he also said only one airbag would be replaced when the letter from bmw clearly said both would be replaced . had to wait 15 min on arrival before anyone checked my car in. Ive driven beemers for years . have had good service in knoxville and chattanooga. very disappointed with nashville. now another day will be wasted trying to get these unsafe airbags fixed
