We had a new ac condenser and air handler installed. First, the salesman was very informative and upfront on what they offer. They were more then reasonable on the price. The tradesman that installed the lennox unit were very professional and timely. They finished the job in 9 hours. They have a great warranty program, 5 year parts and labor and 10 year factory. I would love to say anything bad after spending that type of money, but I honestly cant. And I cant stop telling everyone at work how great Gold Medal is. I will use them in the future
