MacDonald Hardwoods was recommended to us by a neighbor that is knowledgeable about construction and had a good experience with them. They have a great selection and a staff that knows the product lines. We ordered our flooring and it was shipped to our home. My wife and I are renovating our newly purchased home in Colorado long distance. We live in Florida so you can imagine the logistic issues. We received a call from our contractor that 3 of the boxes were the wrong product. MacDonalds called the the manufacturer and they had the replacement boxes express shipped, at their expense, to our home so it wouldn't upset our timeline. Because of McDonald's great relationship with the manufacturers and great customer service we are back on schedule and our stress level is back down. Thank you Bruce MacDonald! By the way the floors look fantastic!!!
