We rented a t-shirt gun. I called ahead of time with questions; they answered the phone quickly and replied to all my questions in a friendly manner. I sent money, they sent product early (fantastic since I've never used a shirt gun and wanted to feel comfortable using it, very entertaining by the way). Easy return! Great company to work with! Can't wait to have to shoot another t-shirt 100 feet in the air =)
