Paid to have reflective vinyl put on my 20ft trail...

Paid to have reflective vinyl put on my 20ft trailer, they messed up and put regular vinyl on. Owner said he would take care of it, but was too busy at the time as he was out of town at event. Contacted several times and now no response. Have all the text messages to prove it. Would NOT recommend! Oh and we have a seamless trailer, and they applied the graphic with a seam directly horizontally down the middle of the trailer! Plenty of other companies out there..
