They'll give you a good deal on a bike. They have a lot more inventory of used bikes in their warehouse down the street, and a lot more new bikes at their warehouse in Salem, so selection is much greater than meets the eye. They didn't jerk me around during negotiation much, like a lot of places they do. My only complaint is they didn't offer to help me size my bike.
