Very unsatisfactory. Made an appointment on a Tuesday for the following Saturday to have my 2019 Tundra brought in for an complete service, tire rotation, and told them due to my job (pipelines) my truck needed new brakes, rotors, and potentially calipers. When I made the appointment I told them I would no matter what need to have it back Saturday evening, so I could get back on the road sunday. My truck due to my job goes through some rough conditions and they know this because this wasn t my first time there. Saturday morning drop my truck off around 9:30 to have everything planned done. 4 o clock Saturday evening they call me and tell me my truck will not be finished and couldn t get the correct caliper till Tuesday morning. So I had to miss two days of work according to them. Tuesday comes and I go to pick up my truck as they have called and told me it s finished. I pay my bill and walk to my truck. All their trash and floor and seat covers are still inside my truck as well as my tires were not rotated like I asked. I check my bill and I have been charged for a rotation. This is the second time this has happened here. I go in and report the issue and after a unhappy conversation it was handled. Toyota of Easley will not get anymore of mine or my companies business.
