I had Aspen put a new roof on my home. They came to install the roof right after a snow storm and they had to shovel the snow off the roof before they could start. They said they would do the back half the first day and finish the front the next day. After they left on day 1 I saw that they had installed the WRONG COLOR shingles. I immediately contacted them and spoke with the salesman. He spoke to the owners and I was VERY unhappy with the owner's attitude on the issue and I had to settle with a roof in a color I did not want. When the job was completed they could not properly clean up due to the snow. I called them after it melted and told them of all the nails I had around my property. They came out to clean up a second time and I STILL have nails all over. They have been unresponsive to our phone calls. I was not going to put up this negative post until I saw they removed my comment from their Facebook page! I would not recommend this company.
