TERRIBLE i was looking for an extra RAM stick.

I asked for a ddr3 1600 mhz 8 bg stick

I was rung up for a ddr4 2400 mhz 8 gb stick

Told him again i needed ddr3 1600 mhz 8 bg stick

He rung me up for a ddr3 4 gb stick

Told him again i needed the 8 gb stick

Then he rung me up for a ddr3 8 gb 1333 mhz

The what the heck? I doubt their knowledge now and my brother wanted to get a custom build from them. Told him id build it myself after this interaction. Will not do business here again. Cheaper online anyways.

Representative asked NO questions to find what would best suit my build. Service was terrible.
