Kathy Betts helped us list, prepare, and sell our investment property this year. She negotiated and secured a good offer from a buyer while ensuring that we were informed all through the process. She was patient in walking us through the entire process, and even assisted us when we had to file an insurance claim on the roof of the house in order to ensure that things moved along smoothly with the buyer. She was diligent, attentive to details, and very responsive when we had questions.
