Went back to give it another try and was very impressed by the service this time. My massage therapist did an excellent job and listened to what I wanted. I was very happy with his technique and am planning to request him in the future.

I had a massage last week and have never been more disappointed with the experience. If someone had explained their mask requirements ahead of time I would have simply waited to schedule one. Even the masseuse did not explain their limited services or requirements until she was starting. Then she applied way more pressure than I'd asked for and instead of a relaxing massage I had 4 days of back and shoulder pain. I've been getting massages here for years and usually have a wonderful experience but definitely not this time.
