I was very disappointed with this company. We chose them because they were close. However they did offer to pick up our machine which was a nice offer. After dropping our computer off they said they would work on it the next day and would get back to me. Several days later, I had not heard anything. I made a call in the morning to ask about it. They couldn't give me any answer. A few more days later, I once again called to ask about it. And again, couldn't give me answer. I recieved an email saying the machine was ready more than a week later. I went back to pick it up. They took my money and said it was fixed. When hooked up, nothing had changed. We called them back to seek further resolution. Unfortunately, the only offer they made was to take more of my money. So $100 down, a weeks worth of lost business, and still have a nonfunctional computer. Disappointing.
