During these uncertain times of COVID-19. I was informed by the hotel staff that room service weren't available and the reason why COVID-19. However,
I was told to place our dirty towels in front of the room door and they were left there for hours.
This is unsanitary and I never knew paying for a service means doing it yourself. So disappointed.
No one informed us that room services weren't available upon booking the room.
