My partner and I have been buying pieces from EC One for over 15 years, so they were a natural choice for us when we wanted to have an engagement ring made, despite the fact we now live in Marseille.
We love the boutique, their ethical approach, the location, everything basically. The whole experience with EC One was great from start to finish. We were encouraged by Jos to come with ideas if possible, so we visited the permanent jewellery exhibition at the V&A to get inspired. We worked with him and his team to develop our initial ideas and the final result was unique and perfect. The ring design was simple but unusual, so they produced CAD drawings and then a 3D prototype for my partner to try and to see how the stones would be set.
When we came to pick up the ring there was a tiny size adjustment needed, which they did on the spot.
