From the moment I entered the showroom until I drove off the lot I was treated with the utmost respect. I find the typical sales process at other dealerships to be archaic and frustrating however at Courtesy the negotiation was transparent with a clear view of the numbers each step of the way. The delivery representative was highly knowledgeable in all aspects of the vehicle and help me to understand all of the features.
