Unfortunately there is not any ability to give ZERO stars. Dart has (a number of times) contacted me to raise a estimated value. They have gone as far as telling me "You realize that if the lenders we deal with are not able to get the value needed, that will mean less work for appraisers. I told them, I am not loosing my license for an AMC. BTW, Dart has an estimated $1,740,000 in gross sales per year! And the owner most likely runs a salary of 20% profit margin for himself. Not to bad. I'm sure they would give a huge hug and kiss to everyone that was associate with the Dodd / Frank bill.
