Pathetic. For an organisation that claims to be Australia's premier ticketing agency, you'd think customer service would be paramount. Not so. With the booking fees charged per transaction, would it kill you to put on staff that consumers can actually speak with?

On that, just where on the website is your contact number readily shown....absolutely no where cos I looked and I wasted a good 15 minutes doing so. Thanks to Google...not so much an issue now!

id give you a half a star because theres no option for ZERO.
