Great view and beautiful rooms but however the staffs are very rude. Some of the staffs act superior and look down as if you don t know anything, basically they look down on you as slums. Found strands of hair in my food almost four times. The laundry team didn t return my t shirt until i made a few calls and asked them to check properly about my missing t-shirt. Of course I dont blame all the staffs some of them were very friendly and nice to me especially the cleaning(room service people)
