Recently moved out of their Halstead property. Last month they overcharged my account by $1000 and instead of refunding it immediately they decided to give me a credit that I won't get back for almost two months. Their employee would not even tell me if the deposit was mailed yet or contact someone who knew. 2-3 weeks is not an acceptable time frame to not know when you will get your money returned. Especially when you are deployed.
